Unboxing Video Required
To claim a return for a damaged, leaking, or wrong item, customers must record a complete video while opening the parcel.
The video must:
- Start before opening the package
- Be clear and unedited
- Clearly show the parcel and product condition
Without an unboxing video, no return request will be accepted.

Returns are accepted only if:
